a photograph of the visitor is taken and a badge is printed within few seconds with
all the necessary details, terms and conditions etc.
Exit Terminals: When the visitor leaves the organization it is essential
to note the exit of the visitor from the organization. This will help in identifying
the number of visitors within the organization at any given point of time. This
terminal allows recording of the exit of the visitor.
Dash Board: Dash board is used by the top management to know the status of
the visitor management across
the enterprise. The dash board shows the status of visitors at various locations
either in a graphical format or in a tabular format. It also shows various statistical
reports which are required for efficient deployment of security guards. Various
